On February 17th at approximately 11AM, a fire erupted at our non profit location at Trinity Community Commons located in the historic Trinity United Methodist Church building at 204 East Trinity Lane, Nashville, TN. While we are relieved to report no one was in the building or injured, the damage to the sanctuary, the most historic part of the building is devastating. Since partnering with TCC in August 2020, we've called this building "home" and administer our life changing Virtual Learning Support + P2SI Leadership Enrichment program to families and students in the 37207 zip code who desperately need to attend school in a virtual space.
We share the sadness and grief of so many in this community and know we will rise up TOGETHER better and stronger in the days, weeks and months ahead. Because of the fire damage, we are unable to occupy our office space and more importantly, our 1600 sq/ft Virtual Learning Support + Pathway to Success Leadership Enrichment Program for our 22 students. We are quickly trying to identify a new location with our Trinity Community Commons partner to be up and running the week of February 22nd - 26th.
Because so many have asked how they can help, we have created an online donation portal where you can donate specifically to our fire relief efforts and/or our programs. We will post volunteer opportunities soon for those interested in helping with our relief efforts.
