We've assembled a network of top-tier professionals, influential leaders and experts who take an active role in creating a Pathway To Success for youth participating in our leadership academy and programs.
The IGNITE Network serves as the launching pad to both assist, support and empower students and champion the development and sustainability of a diverse talent pipeline of Black professionals as our next generation of leaders. We believe it is difficult for young people to become the change they cannot see! We bring our "Successors" face to face with IGNITE Network professionals like YOU who already set a Pathway to Success in their respective profession. Our students are READY TO MEET YOU!
