Since 2010, Transformation Life Center has helped emerging leaders turn potential into purpose. Too often, students gain knowledge—but struggle to connect it to real-world success.

more than a race - a pathway to success

Steps of Success 5K Run/Walk "From Shelby to the Music City Skyline" was a huge success!  Over 650 participants used their "feet" to take steps of success for youth and future leaders. We raised $113,527 dollars and 3.5 million steps of success! 

We were honored to receive a proclamation from Mayor Freddie O'Connell naming September 12, 2026 "Steps of Success 5K Mentors on the Move Day" in Nashville! Every step supports Transformation Life Center’s mission to create a pathway to success for emerging leaders and build a highly capable workforce prepared to succeed and positively impact their communities.
