the objective

Trinity Community Commons (TCC) and Transformation Life Center (TLC) joined forces and raised over $70,000 dollars to answer a critical need in the East Nashville Community.  Together, they developed a Virtual Learning Support + Enrichment Leadership Academy.  Most of the students identified by the program were chronically truant and often experienced high risk home lives.

Transformation Life Center provided much needed leadership and enrichment development to 45 students from K-12 to supplement their MNPS curriculum and provide opportunities for these students to fortify life skills including leadership, time management, personal development and how to lead a healthy lifestyle, just to name a few.  TLC accomplished this by implementing their life changing Pathway To Success Leadership Academy (P2SI) curriculum that aligns with the overall objective of TCC: to restore life and meaningful connections with it's surrounding community.

RESULTS:

100% successfully transitioned to the next grade level | 100% off chronically truant list | 45 lives enriched
